Philosophy
I firmly believe in creating the most personalized roadmaps for each client through the lens of a health at every size, weight inclusive approach. Everyone's journey is different, and I'm committed to tailoring nutrition and wellness plans to meet your unique needs. I also use testing as needed to ensure you will have the most accurate, customized plan to fit your body and lifestyle. I believe everyone deserves to be supported in reaching their health goals without judgment and with a clear guidance, focusing on what matters most to you.
Professional Journey
Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work as the nutrition program manager at a substance use rehab facility, where I created a holistic nutrition program from the ground up, supporting clients across inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings. I then transitioned into teaching as a tenure-track professor of nutrition and public health, a role that I've partially stepped back from but still cherish today as adjunct faculty. I love helping fellow dietitians grow their skills and build confidence in their work, often providing mentorship, coaching, and creating professional development opportunities for other practitioners.
