What are you waiting for?

"Joyce is so wonderful to have as a nutritionist, but she is more than that, I like to think of her as my food therapist! I sought her out as I needed some guidance navigating my life on a GLP-1 while losing weight and although have struggled with weight my whole life and thought I had heard it all when it came to how to "eat right", Joyce was able to help educate me on food combinations, micro nutrients on top of macro nutrients and give me strategies to think about food a little differently. Joyce also employs some techniques that focus on you and not just food, which feels like she is helping with your WHOLE self, something I really appreciated. Joyce is kind and caring and has a thoughtful approach to how she asks you questions, frames things and presents information. Would definitely recommend booking an appointment if you are looking for a judgement free practitioner who truly wants to help you achieve your goals."

Frequently Asked Questions

Q- What happens if you do not participate with my insurance?

Answer: If we are not in network with your insurance company, we can give you a superbill upon payment of our services, and you can then submit that superbill to your insurance company and get reimbursement for them. You can also pay using your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA).

Q- What questions can I ask my insurance company to verify my benefits?

Answer: You can use our form to call the number on the back of your insurance card and verify your coverage.  For most insurance companies, dietitians are considered a specialist. Therefore, you may have a copay at time of service. However, because we often bill your insurance with preventative counseling, you may not have a copay. We generally wait for the claim to be processed to determine whether or not you have a co-pay and then charge the credit card you have on file with us for co-pay amount.
